Research, pricing and merchandizing of all sale items including professional appraisal when necessary.

Advertising for ultimate exposure through estatesale-finder.com, local media and extensive mailing list.

Conducting your sale with professional staff and signage maximizing your sale potential with an appropriate amount of alacrity.

Unsold items will be disposed of appropriately or at your discretion.

Premises will be broom clean and all funds will be dispersed within 5 days.
