This business was handed down to me by mother Dorothy Martindale, who worked in the estate sale industry for 38 years.

From the initial complementary evaluation of your estate, to an empty broom clean house we take care of all the details.

Our process:

• Initial meeting and complementary evaluation of estate contents and discussion of terms

• Research, creative and thorough merchandising, display and pricing of estate 

• Focused advertising of sale thru Estate Sale Finder, Craigs List, additional neighborhood

   street signage on days of sale, and our extensive list of dealers and customers

• Professional operation and staffing of 1-3 day sale (or more if needed)

• Complete clean out of the estate after sale including buy outs, donation and recycling

   at the clients discretion

• Hand you a check within 5 days of sale close 

35+ years of retail display and merchandising experience sets us apart in the extra care we take in creating an enticing shopping experience for customers from the beginning to end of the sale. This in turn provides better sell thru of the estate contents. We have a deep knowledge of antique, vintage, and other household goods, as well as current resale market pricing for Oregon and Washington. We also have an extensive community of dealers, collectors and experts we have worked with for 30+ years, providing additional sales, appraisals and expertise when needed. We recycle responsibly during the entire sale process, including donating unsold goods to appropriate charities at our clients discretion.
