After 15 years in the estate sale business, right here in Portland, we’re taking the best aspects of our experience and restructured it into an even stronger organization designed to better serve you.  

The staff, whom you've seen at our sales since the begining are committed to every detail of every sale; from set-up to clean-up and each sale, large or small, is important to us. 

We’re trained professionals who have worked together for some time.  We’ve already demonstrated that working together and building on each other’s strengths, we can manage every detail of the smallest boutique type sales right up to the massive, multiple locations, multiple weekend, events.  

We work with individuals, families, executors, estate attorneys, and real estate agents. We’re proud to say that our former clients have given us a 100% approval rating, because we have demonstrated that excellence is the only acceptable standard when we’re managing someone else’s interests in a sale.  

Estate Sales are the ULTIMATE form of recycling; however we’re committed to taking it a step further.  Whenever possible, we strive to leave the smallest imprint on the environment so we partner with Community Warehouse, Habitat for Humanity, and Free Geek to properly recycle the remaining property after a sale.

Every aspect of our sales attests to the professionalism with which we conduct our business: from the massive presale notification sent to our huge database, to the large professional signage throughout the neighborhood, to the extensive advertising we have for each sale, to the time we take to actually inform all the neighbors before an estate sale begins, to the helpfulness of our staff and cashiers during and after each event. 

Our presale consultation is free, our sale proposal is complete and our terms and conditions are clearly stated in our contract. Property valuations are fair and accurate and every sale is conducted as though we were selling our own personal property.
