Shirley Sanders has been performing Personal Property Appraisals for a fee since 1985 for Estates, Probate, Dissolution, Insurance Replacement and Non-cash Charitable Donations. She started Sanders Appraisals in 1998 and Red Sign Estate Sales and Appraisals in 2005 which is insured, bonded and registered with the states of Oregon and Washington. We strongly recommend you only hire an estate sale manager or appraiser that is licensed, insured, bonded, registered with the state AND is a member of a professional appraisal/estate sale society.
Shirley joined the American Society of Appraisers in 2013 and is working towards her Accreditation. She is also a member of the Oregon Historical Society, Portland Art Museum, Gresham Historical Society and Friends of the Vista House. Red Sign Estate Sales performs liquidations for full estates, moving/downsizing sales, consignments and consultations on potential auction items. Contracts are on a percentage basis of gross receipts and are written with the client’s specific needs in mind. Services are available to individual clients, families, attorneys, estate trustees, guardians and businesses.
