I have always enjoyed history, and this client has succeeded to shock me with how much Portland and Oregon History he has collected. Rightfully so when his ancestors were pioneers of Portland. Also he was a photographer, artist, while collecting art also, enjoyed Opera and Theatre, not to mention ran tons of races. We are fervently working on this sale so be patient with more pictures and descriptions. 
 I need to let you know this is a very small house so I will need to limit the amount of people to come in at 15 at a time. Although there are other areas to shop. To the right of the front door, back porch to basement down the stairs. Also a garage, and even a little shed next to that. Everything that you access outside from basement to the garage will pay Ken. And then house is separate pay.

Please note there are stairs up to front door, and stairs down and outside to the basement. Please HOLD railing.

We also don’t tell people ahead of time what the address is , yet have no control over our client telling friends, family or neighbors.

We take cash (preferred), and credit card via square (w/suggested ) $15 min.

Basement/Backyard
Some tools, electric and hand tools, slide projectors, screens, Photo equipment, Lights, art supplies,painting, office Supply, large brass Bell, Stereo case, a little Christmas, Totes, Bathroom towels and supplies, some cleaning supplies and games. Folding chairs.

Bistro table and 2 chairs, barbecues, outdoor table and 4  chairs, plant stands, metal garden cart, outdoor speakers, yard art, planting pots.

Garage
1922 Portland Realty map, with people and bus.names on each partition/address, Hermes 3000 Typewriter, Antique books, magazines, newspapers, as well as newer.
