Sale Details
When I say that this weekend's sale is incredible...
I'm not even kidding. This weekend's sale is ONE OF THE BEST we've ever put together!! Not only is this sale one of my favorite collections - this weekend marks Aces Estate Sales TEN YEAR anniversary! We couldn't be more excited for all of it!
We will have cookies and snacks at the door for you - AND - we will be having a RAFFLE - every hour! That's SIX free things! (one entry per person - no purchase necessary)
Before I get into this amazing sale, we have some business to discuss.
- There WILL be a list outside the home at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name. One name per number - PLEASE. We will line folks up at 9:45am and let in as many as will safely and comfortably fit in the home. IF the home becomes too full, we will have to resort to one in, for every one out. We only have one register this sale, but we will be working quickly to move everyone along.
- There will be some cones directly in front of the home, as well as the private driveway (neighbors) and the home driveway. No parking is allowed where these cones are.
- Parking on the street (at least I know the East side) is ok. There is more street parking on the side streets. Just don't block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.
- The home is FULL. And this means - very limited holding space. BRING YOUR IKEA/COSTCO BAGS. We have SOLD stickers for your large items, and baskets for your smalls. If you need to "start a pile" - someone on the floor can help you with that.
Ok... Now back to this remarkable sale.

NOT ON SITE - but coming in Saturday morning - LOADS of Sterling silver, some gold and racks of other jewelry. Some Judith Jack, lots of Silpada, some Native, and so many styles. This jewelry is AWESOME. AND normally - we sell gold elsewhere - but these pieces were too good not to bring to you.
NOTE: You will have to leave your items from this room - in the room until paid. You will get a slip from the staff and once it's marked paid - you can pick up your item(s).
I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE - NONE OF THE JEWELRY IS AT THE HOME. IT WILL BE BROUGHT IN SATURDAY MORNING AND LEAVE WHEN WE LEAVE.
You will also see items on the side of the house, as well as things marked for sale as you walk up. DO NOT mark anything sold until your name is called. NO PRE-SHOPPING the yard. And for the love of god - stay away from the pond. It has been drained, but it is still full of mud and very slippery. We will not be responsible if you mess around and find out. ;)
- ONE MORE THING - as you walk around this home, you will find several rooms that are locked or blocked off. DO NOT attempt to enter them. They are off limits. But, I'll bet you know what it means.... it means there will be a ROUND TWO!! In a few weeks we'll be opening up those rooms and re-filling the house with even more amazing things! It's so full that we just couldn't possibly safely/comfortably display it all in one go.
This is an incredible sale. And it marks a huge milestone for us! I really hope to see you all there!
LAST IMPORTANT NOTE - HOME DOES HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM AND IT'S A LITTLE TOUCHY. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE PROPERTY - AS IT WILL GO OFF.
