PLEASE READ FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE ATTENDING THE ESTATE SALE! 

This is a large 11 acre property. There is a main house,  large shop and several shipping containers plus vehicles,  equipment and items based along several looping dirt roads. You can walk the road between the sale areas, but vehicles are only allowed in for pickup.  Most items will be priced, but you will find lots of items outside and in containers unpriced.  Please check in with a estate staff member for pricing or any questions.  We recommend wearing appropriate shoes and bring gloves.  Entering this sale is at you own risk and estate company and property owners are not responsible for injuries or damage while on property.  You can have the staff mark items for purchase and pay at main till at the house.  There you can make arrangements for pickups. Main gate will open at 9am for entering sale.
