Welcome to the Hobbyist Dream ESTATE SALE. This IS A 3 DAY SALE IN A Two LEVEL HOME. THE COUPLE LIVED THERE FOR 50 YEARS! THERE IS A STEP UP INTO THIS HOME. First off, here is some logistical information:
Address for the sale will post at 7am on FRIDAY.
House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.
There IS a list for this sale. If you want priority entry, please come early to sign your name on the list. You can go get coffee and return by 9:45am for roll call. We can let the first 25 people inside at opening. If you aren’t a list person, just come by after the first hour.
Please note:
PARKING: There is street parking. HOWEVER, there may be a soccer game nearby. Please… DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS, MAILBOXES, PARK THE WRONG DIRECTION, OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. POLICE DO TICKET IN THIS AREA. We do NOT share the address ahead of time.
