Welcome to The Gorgeous Garden Home ESTATE SALE. This IS A 3 DAY SALE IN A SINGLE LEVEL HOME. THERE IS A STEP UP INTO THIS HOME. This sale features some fun items including: Original Art by Myra Wiggins, mid-century and vintage art by local Portland artists, Large Porcelain Coca-Cola Sign from 1931, Collectible Coca-Cola tip trays, costume jewelry, knick-knacks, books, clothing and more. First off, here is some logistical information:

Address for the sale will post at 7am on FRIDAY 

House is monitored via alarm system. Caretaker onsite. Do not disturb.

There is a list for this sale. If you want priority entry, please sign up on the list and return by 9:45am for roll call.

Please note:

Street parking. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET ACCESS, MAILBOXES, PARK THE WRONG DIRECTION, OR BLOCK NEIGHBORS PROPERTIES. 

We do NOT share the address ahead of time.

This sale is in SW Portland - Garden Home area.

The sale HOURS ARE 10am- 4pm FRIDAY - Sunday

Estate sale homes can be dusty, musty, have uneven surfaces, have spiders, etc. Please feel free to wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust. Wear comfortable shoes and watch your step.
