This weekend we are back in PORTLAND! 

This sale is So freaking cute, I can hardly stand it. Unfortunately, I am writing this ad before I have taken all of my photos, so photos are limited. FOR NOW. I will be there tomorrow, so watch for more photos tomorrow night! Really great things here!! Way more than pictured. More details to come..

 

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a sign up sheet that will go outside the home at 9am Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name. ONE NAME PER NUMBER, please! This home is SMALL. We will be limited as to how many we can let in safely/comfortably at a time. We will line folks up at 9:50am. Once the home is at capacity, we will have to let one in, for every one out. Don't worry, it won't take folks long to walk through! We will get everyone in and out as quickly as possible.

Note: The neighbors are very protective of this property. DO NOT poke around, or enter the gate before the list goes out. They are on pretty high alert! 

Additionally, the yard is full of gorgeous flowers. They are NOT to be picked or cut! Please leave them for the family to enjoy. 

Please do not block side gate - that space is for employees and loading only

LIVING ROOM:

If you like Asian decor - you will love this! We've got gorgeous etegeres and a matching trunk, statues, teapots, black lacquered/inlaid panels, vases, ginger jars and more! And that's not all... it's butterfly heaven in here! Plates, trays, pillows. jewelry and more! There is an incredible black/butterfly sofa. Channel back ivory chair, Culver red paisley glasses with carrier, carnival glass, brass from India, 2 wonderful vintage hanging lights,.. and my personal fave.. the brass and glass super 80's shelf!! So glam and incredible!! There will be a large basket of costume jewelry - Definitely worth looking through. Not shown is a modern media console with a newer Vizio tv on top. Between the living room and kitchen, there is a pair of really cool newer shelves - for plants, decor, or in our case - decanters! 

 

KITCHEN:

This little vintage kitchen is FULL!! Lots of vintage, some new. We've got a white cabinet, matching appliance cart AND a folding table that tucks chairs underneath! Such a great piece for a small space! Appliances new and vintage, lots of pretty glassware, vintage china, Corning ware, crockery, antique hot chocolate pots, some fabulous 70's dishes and serving pieces. (like I said... more photos tomorrow night!) There is also an Asian inspired lighted hutch. This is a statement piece for sure! And it's full of crystal, lustreware and MUCH more! Silver plate, sterling candle holders, vintage and new cookbooks, punch bowl set and much, much more.

 

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH:

The clothes! Lots of vintage goodies. And lots of Golden Girls vibes! A whole closet full, as well as a rack! Linens, some hats and handbags, pretty decor - art, pink depression glass, MORE butterflies, scarves, really cool flower lamp, BLACK LACQUER dressers!! Some Roseville pieces (as found - some damage). Beautiful pink short kimono! Bathroom has lots of vintage and newer toiletries, miniature perfumes, vintage towels and other goodies.

 

HOLIDAY ROOM:

Vintage and newer Christmas and Halloween! It may seem like it's forever away, but guaranteed - it'll be here before you know it! Some super cute things in here - as well as a vintage dark wood 4 drawer dresser. Don't skip it! Utility shelves are also for sale, but please arrange pick up on Sunday. 

 

OFFICE/CRAFT ROOM:

Lots of office supplies, books (yoga/meditation/gardening/health), craft items, baskets, onyx chess set, bookshelves, media cabinet, vintage bar stool, decor and more! 

 

GARAGE/OUTSIDE:

No photos until tomorrow night! But this garage is PACKED! Household and garden maintenance and supplies, tools, large newer recliner, coolers, ladders, copper... I'll add more details when I get the photos!! 

But outside... SO MANY potted plants/flowers! Yard art, pots, stands, lots of fun stuff! Please note - there will be some potted trees that are now rooted and unable to move. They will be marked NFS. 

There is also a truck box, lots of storage bins and a small shed full of gardening supplies.

 

This is really such a great sale! It's small, but SO good.
