Sale Details
This weekend we're in Ridgefield! This condo is so cute everything is in such great condition!
BUSINESS FIRST:
There will be a sign up sheet that will go outside the home at 9am on Saturday. You will be responsible for adding your name. We will line folks up around 9:45am and let people in - in order they have signed up. We do not anticipate a HUGE crowd, so we should be able to get everyone in safely/comfortably.
Please do NOT block neighboring driveways or mailboxes and try to only park on one side of the road. This is an HOA community and we want to keep the neighbors happy!
The home is alarmed when the sale is closed.
